RizzitGO Return & Refund Guide: 5-Day Window, Fees and QC Issues

Learn when to request a RizzitGO return or exchange, how the 5-day warehouse window works, which eligibility checks matter, and what costs or evidence to prepare.

7 min guideFocus: Returns policyReviewed Catalog updated Sep 15, 2026Editorial method

Quick answer

Review the QC information as soon as an order changes to Stocked in. A standard return or exchange request should be submitted from the order page within 5 days—120 hours counted from the next hour after warehouse stock-in. Eligibility depends on seller support, resalable condition, product type, and intact packaging or tags. Return shipping and service fees may apply, so confirm the reason, evidence, and available balance before submitting.

01

Check eligibility before starting a return

A standard return or exchange depends on three conditions: the seller offers the service, the item still meets the seller's resale requirements, and the order has been stocked in the warehouse for no more than five days. Start the review immediately after stock-in rather than waiting until parcel submission.

Custom-made products, items marked non-returnable, second-hand goods, underwear, food, adult products, and some other restricted categories may be ineligible. Removing tags, accessories, one-time seals, protective stickers, or packaging can also remove eligibility, even when the item has not left the warehouse.

  • Seller supports the request
  • Item remains resalable
  • Warehouse time is within 120 hours
  • Required packaging and tags are intact

02

Prepare the request, evidence and possible costs

Select the reason that matches the actual issue. For a quality problem, use QC images and a precise description to show the defect or mismatch. A suspected counterfeit or serious quality complaint may also require the order record, payment proof, product description, and supporting evidence for customer service to communicate with the seller.

When an eligible item has no quality issue, the buyer generally pays the applicable return shipping. When a confirmed quality issue is accepted, the seller may be responsible for shipping. Standard non-Prime users receive one return or exchange operation without a service fee per calendar month; additional operations use tiered service fees, so review the amount shown before submitting.

  • First monthly operation: no service fee
  • Returns 2–5: CN¥5 each
  • Exchanges 2–5: CN¥10 each
  • Higher monthly usage: tiered fees

03

What happens after the five-day window

Once the standard window has passed, the outcome depends on the order status, available QC material, seller rules, and the reason for the request. If QC images have already been supplied, the seller can reject a late request and a refund may not be issued. If the item has not received QC images, the current policy provides different refund handling.

Do not remove packaging or submit the item for international shipping while a return question is unresolved. Fees, excluded categories, seller decisions, and account options can change, so review the current terms displayed during the request before confirming it.
